Day two!
I did pretty good today, on my food, anyway! Think I did a little too much walking uphill yesterday. My thighs and calves were pretty tight and sore today! I just stretched them out a little and did a short upper body workout instead of walking! Hope you all had a great Mother's Day!

not a good sleep night...kept waking up and having to get up! Got up 7.5 hours after I went to bed, but probably only slept for 4. Yawn!
