Lack of Exercise!

I know I need to get out and walk or use the treadmill or the bike, but, I just can't seem to force myself. I am good with my food and water, and taking my vitamins etc. but the exercising is like pulling teeth right now! Somebody kick me in my big lazy butt!

Maybe it is hormonal! :)

The only way I managed to get my butt back into exercising was to buy a gym membership. It is so hard to keep motivated to get out there and exercise but it is soo important.

tc...normally I do alright. I have the treadmill and the bike and they don't bother my back or knees (recumbant bike). I am afraid that theere is a lot in a gym that I would not be able to do. Does that make sense? And then there is the cost! My insurence is not one that helps out at all! A lot of them pay for curves etc. not mine! Oh well, I think I need to develop a routine which incorporates exercise.

It sounds overly simplified but just do it...start with a five minute day, then six, then seven, then eight and make yourself add on each day then eventually you will want it.

Have I mentioned that exercising really helps relieve the spinal pressure??

Don't think of it as exercise. Just head outside and enjoy the nice? weather before fall comes. Or head to the mall and window shop. (Not that I'm in any position to comment as I have exactly zero activity points) :-)
