Day 2 of exercising for comments!

I was gonna give myself a couple days of eating healthy before starting my walking again but due to my daughter being so cute and leaving me 7 (one word) comments, I guess I will start today, Don't want all that effort to go to waste. I will be adding 9 minutes to my treadmill time today. I usually start out with 15 minutes (beings I have been slacking for so long!) so today I will do 24 minutes. Thanks to all who participated yesterday. I will be watching today to see how much sweating I will be doing tomorrow. So feel free to push me all you can!

My eating went pretty good yesterday. It was hard to get my calories in, but I finally got it to within 10 calories. I need to do some shopping. Got 10 glasses of water in. Not bad for a start.

Maybe I am weird, but I already feel better about the sugar cravings. It's a mental thing. I am doing something about it so therefore no more cravings? Wonder if that works! Hmmmm!

I got a bike for Christmas, my goal is to try and ride it ten minutes a day and build up from there.....so far, two days in a row. That's good for me. I hope my big rear end holds out until I can get a bigger and more comfortable seat....lol

I ate well today too (stayed within my 22 points) and exercised for 130 minutes (though I didn't count the walk to the bank and back). I just listened to my hypnosis CD ... still can't remember what he said.

I didn't drink all my water, though. Too busy. And if I start packing it in now, I'll be up all night peeing.

I thought I'd answer your question on here so that you could do an extra minute of exercise tomorrow.

Yes, anyone can join, but you've missed the deadline for the January challenge. Michelle will start putting together the February one on Jan 26th. I hope you'll join us. In the meantime, check out the website (the link's on my page).

Good for you....your off and walking. I joined Calorie King. com it's 45 dollars for a whole year and has lots of great features. It even has a university attached. You might want to check it out.

I posted my weight loss resolutions. So far, so good, but I'm only into day two.

Three days in a row of 10 minutes riding on the bike. I did hear some kids comment, "Is that an old lady on the bike?". I must admit it hurt ! I'm not old !!!! At least they didn't say, OLD, FAT LADY !....lol
